Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all of our services. We’ll assess your project, discuss your goals, and provide a transparent quote before any work begins.

  • Every holiday lighting project is unique, so we tailor each estimate to your home’s specific needs. Pricing is based on factors such as the linear footage of the roofline, the size and layout of the property, installation complexity, the type of lighting package selected, accessibility, and any custom lighting features. Whether you’re decorating your roofline, trees, shrubs, walkways, or other exterior features, we’ll provide a detailed, transparent estimate so you know exactly what’s included before installation begins.

  • The majority of our holiday light installation projects are completed in just one day. For larger properties or custom lighting displays, additional time may be required to ensure every detail is installed safely and professionally. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clear project timeline and coordinate both installation and scheduled removal, so you can enjoy a hassle-free holiday season.

  • No. If you already own holiday lights, we’re happy to install them for you. If you’d rather leave everything to us, we also offer complete holiday lighting packages that include professional-grade lights, custom design, installation, maintenance throughout the season, scheduled removal, and off-season storage. Whether you provide the lights or choose one of our full-service packages, we’ll ensure your home looks its best for the holidays.

  • No. In most cases, you do not need to be home while we install your holiday lighting. As long as we have access to the installation areas and an exterior electrical outlet, our team can complete the installation while you’re away. If we need to coordinate access or discuss any custom design details, we’ll contact you in advance.
