  • We calculate pricing based on the size of your property, the areas being illuminated, the type of lighting system selected, installation complexity, accessibility, and the materials and labor required to complete the project. Features such as soffit lighting, landscape lighting, walkway lighting, backyard lighting, custom lighting designs, and smart lighting controls may also affect the final cost. Every estimate is tailored to your property’s specific needs and includes transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprises.

  • Yes. RM Imperium provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on qualifying exterior lighting installations. Many lighting fixtures, transformers, and other system components may also be covered by manufacturer warranties. We’ll review all applicable warranty coverage with you before your project begins so you know exactly what’s included.

  • Most exterior lighting installation projects are completed within a single day. Larger properties or custom lighting designs with multiple lighting zones may require additional time. During your estimate, we’ll provide a clear project timeline so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

  • No. In most cases, you do not need to be home while we complete your exterior lighting installation. As long as we have access to the installation areas and any necessary exterior electrical connections, our team can complete the project while you’re away. If interior access or additional coordination is required, we’ll contact you in advance.
